Apply only where you need to

Hexagon's Implement Control automates the opening and closing of sections and the adjustment of application rates based on machine position, prescription map and worked area. Compatible with spraying, fertilisation, planting and bait control, the system helps reduce overlap, avoid coverage gaps and optimise input usage. Less waste, more result per hectare.

Benefits and Features

Benefits

  • Reduction of overlap and coverage gaps, contributing to less input waste and better area utilisation.

  • Adaptation to different types of crops and implements, facilitating operation standardisation in fleets with multiple configurations.

  • Independent control of multiple booms, allowing different products or rates to be applied simultaneously in the same pass.

  • Intelligent headland management, with the option to open or close sections during manoeuvring according to the operation strategy.

  • Real-time visualisation of covered area and applied rate, helping the operator monitor operation quality in the field.

  • Application reports with area, volume and density data, facilitating agronomic management and operation traceability.

Features

  • Automatic section control based on coverage, boundary and headland, with support for modular implements with up to 128 sections and multiple independent booms.

  • Variable Rate Control with prescription maps in shapefile format, allowing dosage to be automatically adjusted according to field zones.

  • Compatible with spraying, fertilisation (solid and liquid), planting and Localised Application operations, with specific configuration for each implement type.

  • Support for the ISOBUS Task Controller protocol, allowing implements from different manufacturers to be controlled directly via the Hexagon Display.
